MediLodge of Howell is located in Howell, Michigan – a growing community in Livingston County that still retains its small town feel and charm. It’s located about 45 minutes northwest of Detroit and 30 minutes east of Lansing, and is best known for its celebrations—the Howell Melon Festival, the Parade of Lights Festival, the Michigan Challenge Hot Air Balloon Festival, to name a few.
In 2007, we will celebrate the grand opening of a new 9,000 square foot MediLodge Physical Therapy and Wellness Center. Using a holistic approach, the Wellness Center will nourish the mind, body, and spirit in a day spa atmosphere. You and your loved one can pamper yourselves with massages, facials, manicures, and pedicures after an invigorating session of water aerobics in our lovely indoor pool. If you prefer dry land, you can enjoy one of several exercise classes that will be offered for staff and residents.
The Wellness Center will be located in a separate wing that is adjacent to the MediLodge facility. Residents in the Wellness Center will recuperate in comfortable rooms with baths. All dining, spa services, and rehabilitation activities will take place in the Wellness Center so residents can easily navigate from one area to the next. MediLodge of Howell is licensed as a 239-bed skilled nursing facility by the State of Michigan. We also belong to the Health Care Association of Michigan (www.hcam.org) and the American Health Care Association (www.ahca.org). In addition, we are a member of the Howell Chamber of Commerce.
